About Us

70ft thermopure reach and wash
Davis Property Services was founded in 2008, by Simon Davis, who had the long term vision to create a service that was not only friendly, professional and reliable but a leader in exterior cleaning in the south east. In 2013, with significant growth in the commercial cleaning sector Davis property Services purchased a state of the art Thermopure® reach and wash system. This enabled the company to be at the fore front of window cleaning technology and provide an even better cleaning service to commercial and domestic customers alike.

Whether we are providing a service for a small bungalow or a large school, we use the correct insurance, training and safety methods to comply with the strict health and safety laws.

All our operatives are covered by our public liability, all are DBS checked and all are uniformed and trained correctly.

Working at height, confined spaces, IPAF, PASMA, CSCS compliant.

In 2016, the company purchased its flag ship and proudest investment. SteamPLUS®. This patented and incredibly versatile machine has given us an unparalleled lead over our competitors.

Our unique machine can provide services to clients such as chemical free graffiti removal, paint stripping without damaging any delicate substrate, for example, bath stone, sandstone and soft red brick. Utilising SteamPLUS® can give the operator super heated steam 150 plus degrees at the nozzle end, thus cleaning and sterilising the substrate without compromising power.

This has given Davis Property Services the edge and the lead in exterior cleaning.

In 2016, we won various contracts as far south as Lizards point in Cornwall and as far north as Liverpool.

Having a great versatility of equipment at our disposal such as our gutter vac, Dragonfly® system (interior window cleaning) and our Thermopure® reach and wash system with a reach of 70ft, we are extremely confident of our capability to provide a first class service.
